"We had a wonderful stay in Alcudia. We are so glad we stayed there vs Palma- it was much more laid back. The town was within walking distance and with many shops and restaurants. Overall the home was great for our stay, but there were a few things that would have made it better. -There is no dryer or clothes line to hang clothes after they are washed. "The villa was in an amazing location a few steps from the beach. The water was so warm in Aug the pool was pleasantly refreshing. We didn’t venture far from Alcudia suiting our week as the old town, Port & Bay gave us plenty to do - we ate out most evenings thanks to recommendations from the agents that are responsible for the villa - Peter was brilliant with his advice & prompt communication. I would highly recommend!"

"Beautiful, well kept house with many amenities. Each guest was so comfortable and we had plenty of room. Great, quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood. Fantastic patio and balcony. Would come back and would definitely recommend!"

"We checked into the house and then realized that each room had its own AC unit with remote. Everything was clean. The washing machine was pretty small and there is not a dryer. "We loved our stay at 28. The views are simply spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms face the sea. The patio is really like another room. We hung out there the whole trip.
