"This property was very clean, parking was perfect, the staff were very courteous, but the problem was there were very few staff, and it was impossible to find them during the day. The hotel backs onto a river, which was the perfect background noise for sleeping. The amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and other little extras were nonexistent. "Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."
