"The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people. The necessities were also very handy. Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night. The area was very calm and green, restaurants could be found by walking 6-10 minutes from the apartment. Checkin was very smooth too. It definitely lived up to our expectations."

"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "

"I booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, I understood that the appointment was a 2 bedroom apartment. What I did not understand was that the 2nd bedroom only had room for a single bed ( bunks would have been great) so 1 child had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. As the children have to go to bed earlier than my husband and I we ended up having to stay in our bedroom - we could have just booked a hotel room and laid on the bed! "Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. "The apartment is very cute and looks just like the photos. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Plenty of towels. Strong water pressure. Hiking from the house was incredible. Parking was challenging. We have a large SUV and the parking garage was difficult to maneuver. Thankfully it was pretty empty, but we wouldn’t have been able to park there if it was full during high season. "The apartment was ideal for three of us staying for a couple of days of skiing. It is small but has enough space to relax at the end of a tiring day. Perfectly placed in the pretty village, within a short walk of the railway station and telecabin station so no car required. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and enough shops to supply what we needed. The thermal baths are well worth a visit."
