"我想俾一個寶貴意見就係房間裏面的中央空調非常之寒冷，這一點是非常嚴重的還有所有燈掣的控制板好難分別因為顏色不明確我要用手機電筒照明才能看到所有控制的制關和開再重複一點房間的中央空調非常非常非常寒冷，一定要改進這一點，否則在不考慮入住"

"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."
