"Very nice area everything is walking distance. 3 adults in the room but it was spacious and the kitchen came handy. Most comfortable sofa bed I ever tried. My flight didn't leave until 3pm, it was nice to have a place to leave my bags."

All access details clearly provided before arrival. The kettle in our room did not work and was replaced immediately when I emailed to report this."

"I'm a single woman with a 10 year old son and we had a wonderful time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy, the room was lovely and warm. The quilts were really good quality down and little things like that make all the difference! My son and I loved the breakfast, a great variety to choose from. My son is really fussy so that's a massive compliment. The hotel was impeccably clean and I loved the body lotion in the rooms. The staff made the hotel amazing, it was good without but the friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help, really made our holiday. Thank you all at hotel thon polar. We had an amazing holiday and I hope to come back later in the year! "
