"Difficult to say if this is a hotel or a restaurant with rooms. For us it was the last. Very nice place with beautiful outside area. But we stayed 5 nights, and the whole hotel is closed untill 16.00 everyday. You have to give in your key to get cleaning, and can not get it before 16.00. The pool is also closed. So if you want your room and the pool, you will not ger cleaning. In our view the staff is very friendly, but need better management, so they need to know what to do and when. There is...

"staying at Maison D’eclaibes was the most memorable stay of our two week trip to Europe. My favorite quiet environment in the countryside. The host listened to my limited English conversation. And for my wife love of boiled beans. And the next morning it came out for breakfast. Please continue staying at this inn forever. If possible, i would like to visit again someday. "Helaas was de Chocolaterie overboekt maar we kregen een ander Hotel ervlak bij, dit was perfect geregeld. Hotel was schoon, en lag prachtig in midden van klein dorp. Mensen van de bediening waren allemaal Super vriendelijk. We komen zeker terug."

Airport stop over

"Had a cancelled flight so had to stay here in readiness for early morning flight the next day! What a find, lovely and clean with great staff and nice rooms They also take you to the airport the next day - if you are ever stuck guys! This is a great place"

High-comfort gîte with lots of charm for 12/14 people, sauna.

Uitstap met kinderen en kleinkindjes

"Wij verbleven er met de kinderen, kleinkindjes en 3 honden. We waren met 12. Alles was meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Zalig toekomen, opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken genoeg voorradig, onze vakantie kon direct beginnen, er stond zelfs een wijntje koud in de frigo. Bij mooi weer is het heerlijk buiten zitten voor een BBQ met excellent vlees van 'boucherie Bertrand' uit Mettet en bij minder weer een prachtige, ruime plaats om binnen te eten. Mooie wandelingen, railbikes vanuit Falaen naar de abdij van Maredsous, de ruïnes van het kasteel van Montaigle. Wij hadden een leuk weekend en zouden zeker nog eens terugkomen. Super vriendelijke hosts. Vele groeten. Jürgen en Daisy"
