"It's very noisy and rooms were shaking on the lower floors with DJ blasting from the 2nd floor inside the hotel on Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends. DJ must not play inside a hotel like this - wrong place to have DJ. Poor buffet management with overcrowding at times around the food area. Poor layout of the dining area - overcrowding at times. "

"We stayed over two weeks and we liked the place. Their rooms are spacious and clean.Staff is very courteous and polite in their approach especially Miss Devu. She is an asset to the organization. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent with a wide range of dishes. I would highly recommend Hotel Green Room's"

"I have been to Kochi for business purpose and stayed at this Hotel for almost a month. I’m so impressed with this hotel and best thing I liked is the location, so convenient to go to any part of thie city from there. All staffs were friendly and helpful especially manger Mr Binoy. I’ll never forget the smiling face of Mr Raseel, Geoji and Anup who were at the front desk always willing to help you .The food was very good and appreciate the hospitality of the restaurant staff especially Mr Ravi....

"The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "

"Please don't select any deals for this place from hotels.com I had booked 5 rooms on the basis of a deal via hotels. com and got confirmation almost 5 months in advance. On the day of my booking the hotel says that they haven't confirmed it. If that's the case then please don't list this on the website. This has been my worst experience via hotels.com and i would never recommend this garbage place to anyone."
