"Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. "Super location with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean & Volcanic mountain. Owners very helpful & amenable right up to check in. Unfortunately when I advised that we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment & backed this up with photos they became very defensive & dismissive - frankly quite rude claiming that it was - quote “impeccably spotless“ we clearly have very different views on clean! "This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"Title of rendezvous misleading should of been appartementos haciendas IV , would of liked pillow and mattress protector, fitted sheets for the beds elastic had stretched so was in a ball every morning so we're lay on mattress, Curtains in main bedroom not wide enough for total privacy, TV too small we don't normally watch tv but I myself was ill the first week, Viktoria our host was lovely,lots of steps but apart from this we would stop here again,bars shops and restaurants near by"

It was spacious, very clean, well-equipped with everything we could need... fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs, tvs in living room and bedroom. "Fantastic property in lovely well looked after complex .. Couple of things needing attention in the villa but were sorted out fairly quickly . Only small issue was the very small water tank so we had to space out our showers and wasn’t really big enough to even half fill the spa tub with hot water .. but I guess in the summer that wouldn’t be an issue .. Wouldn’t put us off going back again though .. Lovely relaxing location and accommodation "

"Pleasant, comfortable, clean apartment, suitable for those with a car. 30 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Bus route nearby comes every 45 minutes. Given the relatively high cost we expected better quality bed linen and kitchen accessories. Cutlery flimsy and a minimum amount of crockery for 4 adults."

"Great accommodation - just what we needed. Well situated, clean and well equipped. Pool area was fabulous. Owner was very quick with communication and when we had an electricity issue, a technician was sent immediately to resolve it. However we would change a couple of things…there are pictures of a beach which is NOT 300m away which is a bit misleading. The safe needs to be replaced - we had to go out leaving valuables around as it could not be fixed. Air conditioning would have been amazing...

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"A nice place, quite an uphill walk but 5 minutes in a taxi. Some apartments in need of an upgrade but nothing too serious. Snack bar and rooftop bar were both very good but disappointed in food in on site restaurant. Good value for money and would return"

"I highly recommend this hotel for its spectacular views and spacious, comfortable rooms. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for a great stay. Just a heads-up—parking can be a bit tricky, so plan accordingly!"

Excellent service and a must visit when staying in Tenerife. I have stayed at numerous five star hotels worldwide and this is my personal favourite. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. "Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
