From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding service, stylish décor, and a vibrant atmosphere that truly lives up to the Hard Rock brand.The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a variety of high-quality dining options catering to all tastes. Whether it was the lavish breakfast buffet, gourmet dinners, or poolside snacks, every meal was delicious and well-presented. The selection of international cuisines, fresh ingredients, and top-notch service made dining a highlight of our stay.The hotel offers everything you could want for a perfect holiday. The multiple pools, including an adults-only area, were well-maintained and had a great atmosphere. The Rock Spa was an oasis of relaxation, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Entertainment was top-tier, with live music, DJ performances, and themed events creating an electric energy throughout the resort.Our modern, beautifully designed room had everything we needed – stylish décor, top-quality amenities, and an incredible view. However, despite requesting a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together, which was a slight disappointment. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, but for a hotel of this standard, it would have been nice for this request to be accommodated.Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife exceeded expectations "

"An amazing stay, good size rooms, massive balcony, great amenities and lovely staff who couldn't help enough."

"We stayed B&B. Lovely choice for breakfast and served till 10.15 am. Room was large with air con. Excellent facilities. Balcony with a sea view . Couldn’t fault hotel. Entertainment every night but we chose to go out for evening meal and to try different restaurants. Roof top terrace a bonus . Room cleaned daily. "
