"I stay here often, always great, I just wish they had a laundry onsite for guests to use but they don’t they only send it out. "

"For what we paid I wish we stayed somewhere else. It was nice enough and beds were comfortable but the room was dark. I was staying here the day before the wedding and there was four of us, not enough robes, towels etc … the staff were pleasant. I guess I was expecting it to be a lot better considering the cost and as it was the day before my wedding. "

"Very tidy and clean, great pool area, steam room etc. Great included breakfast with good range and quality. All staff were amazing. Hotel is in a fantastic location. Only downside was a very noisy Air Con Unit in our room. "

"Expansive views of harbour on the harbour side of the hotel. Courteous staff who do their best to accommodate guest requirements. Staff are friendly not artificially polite. Negatives: the rooms need renovation. Carpet needs to be changed as it gives rooms a musty smell."
