"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...

"The property was advertised as a private bed and bathroom, but I had to share a bathroom with a guy. Also, the floors are so creaky and noisy. Moreover, the toilet is old and dirty. But other parts of the apartment is nice!"

"It is very nice and was perfect for our needs. Adding a small washer dryer would be good. A heads up on the person living in the basement would have been nice. He is very nice and I enjoyed talking to him.The house needs updating though."

"My only gripe with the room was when the upstairs toilet flushed it sounded like my room was being flooded. It only happened one over the time I stayed. Other than that it was decent. A tad too $$$"

"The hospitality and friendliness was apparent as soon as I stepped inside. Some thoughtful snacks were laid out since I had arrived after midnight. I had no issues at all with my stay. The sheets and towels were soft and plush, and everything was clean and inviting. Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting the area!"
