"The apartment is beautiful. Right in the centre of Dinan with plenty of shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking was the main issue for us. We were informed by the host to park on the ‘Hotel du Villa’ car park and not to take a ticket otherwise you will be charged. There is no way you can enter the car park without taking a ticket. Once in the car park, they were lots of people driving around looking for spaces. We eventually found a space and then to the apartment for the key and...

"We loved our two-room apartment in Dinan. It was conveniently located, comfortable and clean. We did laundry, we used the kitchen appliances, everything worked flawlessly. Katell was responsive and helpful, and pointed us to a great Créperie that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall this apartment is highly recommended!"

"Excellent location right across the street from the castle, with great views from the apartment. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Apartment is located above a pottery shop (stairs to access). Parking is at the castle which is a short walk away. Is key entry rather than passcode. We found WhatsApp worked well to communicate with host. Dinan is a lovely town to visit."

"Nigel (and Kim) were the perfect hosts for this wonderfully placed first floor apartment! Located in Lehon, a 30-40min walk along the river to the old port of Dinan! A great home base for Dinan, St. Malo, Mt. St. Michel…also for Cap Frehel and Fort La Latte! Gorgeous bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a bed, that looks sad, but is actually very comfortable! Only bad thing is the tiny wineglasses!"

"The house owner is absolutely amazing. She provided a lot of useful information to me before I arrived and during my stay. Though I can not speak in French, it is very easy to communicate with the owner with google translate. She always smiles and this is the hospitality for. The house itself is brand new and clean. There is no difference between what I saw in the internet and reality. If I have a chance to go to Brittany again, I have no hesitation to stay here again."
