"The property is clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, bagels, cereal,yogurt in short, something for everybody. No question a gem in the desert."

"Nice place to stay. On/off the motorway, petrol stations as well as a Starbucks and a couple of places to eat. The staff was helpful, and they were busy as well, but got me into my room in a timely manner. Room was a very nice size, sheets and towels were clean. The shower, however, needs to be redone as it looks a little outdated. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with this place. I would stay here again if passing through the area. It is pet friendly and has a good amount of parking. Breakfast was pretty good, typical waffle, eggs and sausage, and the other small items. I would recommend this place if passing through"

"We had a very good experience at the Sage and Sands Motel. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The price was very reasonable. The place was quiet at night. David, the owner/owner operator was friendly and helpful. We will be sure and revisit the Sage and Sands Motel the next time we pass through Moses Lake."
