"Elsa and other staff do a good job on my case. They are nice and have sufficient patience to explain everything. Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. "Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a pleasant two night stay at Auberge des Grands Bois. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It could have benefited from air conditioning but there was a Dyson Air Fan available and fortunately the weather was not too warm. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room. The venue was very convenient both to Lausanne and Geneva and there was ample parking at the hotel. We had a meal at the restaurant which was very good but we were in the courtyard and it began...
