"Richtig liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen im Grünen. Es war alles da, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das kennen wir von andere Häusern nicht. Rundum eine sehr entspannte & erholsame Zeit in Oehoe 202. Das Häuschen bietet auch für Kinder alle Möglichkeiten zum Spielen (Trampolin, Sandkasten, Fußballtor, Flipper,….) Einziger Wehmutstropfen war die Stechmücken, sie waren schlimm dieses Jahr. "Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."

"Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht. Vermieter kümmerte sich sofort. Spüler wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Da auf ein anderes Heizsystem (Wärmepumpe) umgestellt wurde, war das Badezimmer sehr kalt. Wir würden trotzdem wieder buchen, denn es ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem super netten Vermieter und gut gelegen."

Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich begrüßt und uns das Haus gezeigt.Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen.Die Schlafräumen waren großzügig geschnitten und hatten alle ein schönes Badezimmer.Der offene Küchen- Wohnbereich war das Herzstück für uns alle.Es gab einen großen Tisch an dem wir gemeinsam essen ,spielen und quatschen konnten.Die Kinder liebten den Pool. Uiteindelijk moest de onderbuurman komen om een de switch in zijn garage weer om te zetten. "Für eine Städtereise, bei der man abends einfach mal Ruhe haben möchte, einfach perfekt! Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt mit Bus und Tram, in der Umgebung Parks und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Marleen, die Vermieterin, die das Erdgeschoss bewohnt, ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Auch der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist in Antwerpen Gold wert."

"Wenn man bei Ankunft erstmal die gesamte Küche putzen muss,weil Essensreste auf den Tellern,Töpfen und Pfannen kleben,fängt der Urlaub nicht entspannt an. Um das Haus herum liegt viel Müll- Zigarettenstummel,Plastik,OB,etc...keine schöne Umgebung für Kinder. Das Haus muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Teppich oben ist voller Flecken,im kleinen Bad oben schließt die Duschtür nicht und die Duschkopfstange hält auch nicht mehr lange. Die Gardinen haben undefinierte Flecken. Die Betten sind bequem....

Little things like the lawns needing mowing and some fans in the rooms for hot days wouldve improved what was otherwise a good stay"
