"The property owners were very inaccessible. I erroneously booked a different date while trying to extend and I lost almost $100 to this property, even when I indicated interest in using the money for an additional date. The location was also a bit lonely and scary at night. There was this noise from the upper floor of the room that was very disturbing"

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "This property is in a quiet street in the centre of town only a short walk from the main square and bars/cafes. It has all you need for a short stay. Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings.
