"I forgot my camera and the the staff kept it for me. Super close to the station. Beautiful and quiet town with a cute castle. You can also reach Mt. Shiude which is a 45 minute drive or taxi."

"last minute booking… what a surprise! Beautiful hotel and location, excellent service. Some of the hotel is a bit dated but was nostalgic for me. Kinda like Hawaii 5-0 old series feel. "The hotel is dated as are the facilities. We made the mistake of selecting a smoking room, so our room smelled like an ashtray. It was difficult to determine cleanliness, because the furniture was old and the carpets were also old and stained. Transportation is extremely limited unless you want to ride a bike or walk. "Top hotel in Japan with the highest quality of facilities and customer service. Also a great location next to the train station and harbour with attractive views from our 9th floor room. Even has an in-house bakery! Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended."

"Great hotel in Takamatsu, i can’t say enough about the staff that were super helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was very organized and easy to navigate. The breakfast was busy at times but very good. Overall, lots of value and i hope to come back in the future. "
