"The chalet is very nice and typical for the neighbourhood. Everything you need is in there. There is a very nice view, we really enjoyed the terace for breakfast and diner. In between we explored the land of St. Bernhard. Terence sent us a very good explanation by forhand about everything and housekeeper Nicole was also very quick with her respons (we had one question)."

"This place was a wonderful space for our family of 5 to stay!! The interior was cozy and comfortable and the view was stunning, of course! Sitting on the porch or lounging in the hammock and enjoying the relaxed vibe was exactly what we needed. The location was great and close to shops and restaurants. Our host was very helpful and we had no problems with communication. The pool and sauna was a very nice treat!! We were definitely spoiled that week!"

"Nicely appointed property with everything we needed. Close to the supermarket. Well equiped kitchen. Seating area a little small for our large group of eight adults. The bedrooms are nicely done the mattresses are very comfortable the only criticism we all had were that the pillows on the beds were very unsupportive, very flat! All in all a great chalet for a ski holiday, the owners are very kind and helpful."

"The chalet was located in a beautiful valley. it was very well equipped and comfortable for 7 people and the owner was very helpful. There was an excellent ski shuttle service with a stop less than 100 m down the road. "We loved our stay at Janet’s chalet. It was very warm and cozy, had everything we needed and the most amazing views. There are ski areas very close and Les Houches ski area was perfect for us & kids as beginners. Our kids also had hours of fun on the sleds provided at the chalet! Janet was very responsive to our questions and any issues we had were quickly resolved. Thank you for such an amazing Christmas in the alps!"

"Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."
