"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. The pool, sauna, steam and fitness room were great, especially if you avoided the busy period at the end of the day. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charles. L’environnement est magnifique, Chamonix est facilement accessible en voiture ou en train. L'appartement est très chaleureux et très bien équipé (même des jeux pour les enfants). Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine, très agréable après une bonne journée de randonnée. Les activités et randonnées ne manquent pas, difficile de faire des choix. Charles est un hôte formidable qui nous a donné plein de conseils. Nous reviendrons certainement...

"My second time staying in Flaine in consecutive years. This is not what I'd class as a hotel but private apartments that are used for tourism during the ski season. The room is large, divided into 2 spaces, the living space consisting of studio kitchen, eating and lounge space, and then the large sleeping space which in our case was made up of 2 single beds and a bunk bed.
