"We have walked past this hotel many times over the years and were looking forward to staying. Unfortunately the experience did not match the expectation. The lady manager was not helpful, she did not offer any help with the luggage( we had three big bags - skiing stuff is bulky!). As she sped away up stairs and round corridors, she did not look back or hold any of the doors open. When I finally caught up with her she looked annoyed that I had made her wait.
