Messaged owner to find out what was going on and was getting no responses. Finally called VBRO to get answers. I was scared and had no idea who was going to come in. They called owner who admitted they double booked. Sent us to another room in which we had a terrible time accessing. Got in that suite and the deadbolt would not lock! Did not get a wink...
