"We called front desk about the sounds above us. Kids and or adults running back and forth in their room jumping up and down for hours! Loud bangs every 2 minutes. The noise never stopped till close to 1AM very disappointing as I had chosen your hotel because I was getting surgery near by and needed to stay close to surgery center for the evening so I could go back in the AM for recheck.
