"We had a relaxing weekend. It is a lovely place. Clean & comfortable. No complaints. The second floor would not work for anyone over 6 foot 2 inches tall, close ceiling & shorter doorways. Very little cell service but there is wifi. Enjoyed hearing the water nearby. "

"Great location to ATV trails. Saw elk right around the corner of the property! Place was clean and rustic. Nice outdoor space to enjoy nature and have a nice fire. The only negative was that the bed in the main bedroom was not very comfortable. Everything else was fine. Would return. "

"The cabin was fantastic. The owner had the heat on at time of arrival. The entire experience was wonderful. Camp fire while deer were eating only a few yards away. We felt cozy nestled in the hills. "The cabin was just what I expected. It was very clean and directions well written for the stay. The Weedville Hotel was across the street and everyone was friendly and the pizza was good. I went to Kinzua Bridge and also saw 2 elk on my second night on a drive down toward Driftwood. I will stay here again if I am in the area. "

We drove a couple miles to get service, called them and they provided the cabin number. For some reason I wasn’t on website but they were so nice about me calling. "Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀."

"The tree house was perfect!! We really enjoyed our stay!! It was beautiful and comfortable!! I will say it is for small people like us both less than 130 pounds, the spiral stairway would be challenging for a larger person!! We loved our weekend there!! I would do it again!!"

"We have never stayed in a rental that was better stocked. We were able to host a large holiday meal comfortably and had everything we needed, plus some. The space was spotless and organized, instructions were clear. Beds were comfortable. We would love to stay here again! One helpful hint would be to screen shot the door code before arriving, in case of spotty cell service. "

"The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. It has an upscale feel with old world charm and custom woodwork and details that you won't find...
