"Beautiful house filled with great antiques. We had breakfast there every day and the pancakes were stellar! The innkeeper, Jim, was a refreshing delight, and gave us insightful information about local places to visit, including the Austin Dam Park and a spot to see elk (which we did!). Emporium has charm, and was a great home base for us to travel to see the Kinzua Skywalk and the Straub’s Brewery Tour. Would totally stay at the Hygrade Inn again. "

"The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. It has an upscale feel with old world charm and custom woodwork and details that you won't find...

"We have never stayed in a rental that was better stocked. We were able to host a large holiday meal comfortably and had everything we needed, plus some. The space was spotless and organized, instructions were clear. Beds were comfortable. We would love to stay here again! One helpful hint would be to screen shot the door code before arriving, in case of spotty cell service. "
