It reminded me of where I lived in college; affordable, cute-- but don't want to jog after dark. No sidewalks, dirt lots. It is a beautiful old house that has been renovated and made to be comfortable, from the updated kitchen to the comfortable couch in the TV room. My son recently moved to Marrietta.
