"from the moment we arrived we were treated very well. I was on crutches, so one of the reception staff met us at the front door and opened a side door for easy access, so i didn't have to try and use the turning door. Reception were helpful. we booked a table for dinner with friends and the staff were very helpful with our request of table due to my hip surgery. We were able to order from both menus, which was great as some friends weren't very hungry. Food delicious. Breakfast had a fantastic selection. we will be back."

"This hotel is a bit of a hidden gem. Love that it is attached to Eastland Shopping Centre and a great food court. No need to leave the precinct. Railway station is conveniently across the road. Modern facilities."

"Great Bay view as soon as I walked in the room, really good sized studio, balcony, and while the Bay facing rooms are over the Nepean Highway I found that at night with the aircon on I wasn't disturbed. And a short walk from the foreshore, pubs, restaurants etc. A good stay, would stay again for sure."
