"My young daughter and I chose this property as it promoted a family friendly environment. The property absolutely delivered. The apartment offered the room to relax after a busy day of exploring. The staff were attentive and spoilt my daughter with lollies in the lobby. I felt very safe at the property. The pools were amazing. Once again i do have to mention the amazing staff, their hospitality made our stay in Singapore an overall amazing experience ❤️ "

"The shower water will leak into the bathroom floor. I have stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites at Beach road multiple times (you can check your records), this situation exists for all the rooms I stayed. Recently I stayed at one of Ascott's properties and found their shower room designed differently than yours and they don't have the shower water into the bathroom floor issue. "

"Great location to explore Singapore. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Marina Bay, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay along the river. Supermarket and MRT stations were close by and having the kitchen was great. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you to the staff. "

"It is minimalist living, but as a single traveller, it worked for me with a mini fridge and even a mini washing machine. It is very clean overall, and it is only 5mins away from Kallang MRT station, and it is very close to the CBD. Communication was via Whatsapp chat and they were mostly responsive when I asked made requests. I will come back and stay with them again. "

"Hotel staff are very friendly. Apartment rooms are really good and having a washing machine in the room was great. Close to the hotel is a 24 hour store which keeps all your essentials. Orchard Road is really close by, as is Somerset MRT which is accessible through Orchard Gateway Mall"
