"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little...

"1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. "Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "
