"When I arrive at the reception I said I had a reservation and wait from some reaction ... The guy simply print the reservation paper on the table and looked at us as we were some alliens ...! So I ask what he wants and he asked "the ID card of course" and added "in your country what you show in a checkpoint" ... "The people did their best but no English spoken very badly equipped no kettle 1 pot no frying pan very bad WiFi signal we were on top floor they need repeaters on each floor the couch was fake leather with at least 4 splits compared to most places we book through hotels.com it would be in the bottom 10% also very overpriced we did not get the apartment that was in the photos."
