"Als ich am Abend im Hotel nach 7 stunden Anreise aus Österreich, angekommen und einchecken wollte, wurde mir mitgeteilt das keine Zimmer frei sind. Und Expedia hätte keine Zimmer anbieten dürfen!!! Das ist ein Witz ich werde nie wieder Expedia nutzen "

"Loved the hotel ! We visited primarily to visit Martin Luther sites…though we also fell on love with town of Wittenberg, such a cool town…we ate a n Italian restaurant (close to church on other side of tow -which was walkable)…that was excellent "

The only detail that can be easyly improve is to give a complimentary bottle of water in the room. There is nor coffee machine or kettle so at least a bottle of water would be welcome. "In der Fewo im Schloss haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klasse Betreuung, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet u. auch die Kinder hatten genug Platz sowie Spielmöglichkeiten. Ebenso das Außengelände ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen und spielen ein. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder."

"Stayed here one night because of the lack of affordable accommodation in Leipzig. Hotel is across the road from the train station, making it convenient to get to Leipzig, which was our main priority. Hotel is surrounded by woodland and has parking available. Rooms are on the small side, but the biggest issue was that there is no air-conditioning (only a portable fan) or a fridge in the rooms and as they are on the top floor, they become stifling in the summer heat. You can't open the windows...

"It wasn't possible to have some ice cubes. They were saying they didn't have any? That's the first hotel i have been to, where they don't (won't) give me ice cubes. In that case they should put the free water in the fridge instead of putting it on the table so it gets varm. Last thing was the juice at breakfast. It seams that the first juice in the morning are from the day before (99% sure) i think it's because there is a automatically juice refill machine. So they don't empty the bottles and...
