The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk away."

"The property is very well maintained. Amenities are great. I did get a chance to use the treadmill and it was a good experience. The email communication was great however it was a bit too much. Seems to be getting emails from two different sources (the management company and the owner perhaps?) with duplicated information. That should be simplified. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen and household items that provided us with anything we may have needed on our vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor patio provided a great place to enjoy morning coffee. We had a small issue with the water heater but after reaching out to the host there was a plumber on site within the hour and the issue was resolved by the end of the day. I could not have asked for a better...

"The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were about a 3 - 4 minute drive away very convenient. The host was very responsive in terms of replying. I would recommend and stay again. One note, I was unaware of an additional temporary charge (hold on credit card) in terms of a security deposit for the rental. It was only a temporary hold but I was unaware of that and the i.d. check in scan (photo) having utilized other rentals...
