"Overall the stay was awesome! The only complaint we had was the gate codes for all the common access areas were newly changed. We were not told about this. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice and clean house. The pools around the property were well maintained. Beach walk took us about 10 minutes but we had a 6 and 2 year old. "

"We enjoyed our stay, the house is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. It is a great community! Our boys loved the pool at the location as well. Everything was truly great, I only had two negatives and it was the cleaning of the floors. I realized the floors were not cleaned very well(upstairs and downstairs), there was sand everywhere and I did not mention the floor to management because I saw a broom and just took it upon my self to sweep, it's the beach and I do know it's hard to get all the sand up but both my son's feet were dirty from walking barefoot as well which told me the cleaning people may have missed mopping the floor, again I did not mention this to the property management I just cleaned a little and had my boys wear socks. Things happen and I did not want to cause a problem. We did have a slight issue with the soaker tub, the first time we used it I went to wash my 3 year olds hair and pulled the toggle to switch to the hand sprayer, once I did the entire main faucet popped off. It seemed as though the screw holding it in came loose over time which happens but I did email the property management to let them know and I didn't hear back from management until 2 days later which was a little frustrating. Besides those two things we really enjoyed our stay and I would go back!! those were two minor inconveniences so I wouldn't let that stop me from going back unless it happened again. "
