"Old Tudor hotel in centre of Tewkesbury. Although you got the feel of a Tudor property, the rooms & bathrooms have been refurbished with modern fittings, & walk in showers. No lifts & bedrooms over two floors so there can be quite a few steps. All staff very friendly, helpful & polite. Bar closed 10.30pm even for residents Thursday which was a surprise. "Easy, clean, comfortable"

"The stay was fine. The parking was confusing. I pre-paid £5 but parked in the NCP (saying so when I arrived). I have just had a fine from NCP for £40. I now see this is not part of the Zone 10 street parking. The guest house should make this very clear on arrival when they accept payment. "

"A lovely overnight stay. Room small and quirky but comfortable bed and although we could hear the people talking in the bar underneath the room it didn’t keep us awake. A lovely evening meal and excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. A good choice."
