We loved how clean and accessible this property is . We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops. We had a nice time at the bar, but the bartender really needed some help. He was doing a good jo but was spread thin.

A full service proper hotel with plenty of friendly helpful staff, scheduled housekeeping and a full service restaurant and bar. Good location in central Corning and about 15-20 minute walk to the amazing glass museum. Rooms generally in good condition, comfortable beds, decent pillows, nice bed linens and opening windows (with bug screen). Only problem was noise from adjoining rooms and rooms above. Also most disconcerting to clearly hear conversations whilst using the bathroom! Apparently being moved over to the Hilton brand and renovations done to bedrooms but need to sort out sound proofing. Public areas don't seem to have been redone yet.

Came for a night to be able to see the Corning Museum of Glass and it was lovely. The room was clean, it was well spaced, the staff friendly and took great care of us. The hotel looks to be doing some upgrading, so the room we stayed in had a new a/c unit with fresh filter(which goes far for us), new mattresses, carpet and the bathroom recently renovated. The dining area is nice and they offer both indoor or outdoor dining and has live music the night we dined.

Location of property is really good. It's walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. That was a great convenience. Restaurant inside the property didn't have any vegan / veg options for hot breakfast. Simple veg grilled sandwiches for not even in the menu and when asked couldn't customize. They had breakfast buffet in the weekend only and only had hot potatoes for veggie options. They need to expand some veggie options!

This hotel was perfect for a quick getaway, location was good and next to alot of hiking trails which i enjoyed and the food nearby was superb. Our room needed a detailed cleaning since there were cobwebs by the window. The restaurant within the hotel was nice and served delicious breakfast, the gym was definitely one of the better ones I've seen in a competitor's. Overall, it suited its purpose and I will revisit.
