Though the entire region was experiencing a power outage during the late March ice storm, the staff continued to operate with patience and helpfulness and good humor. They offered unlimited comforters, small battery operated lights. They charged our cell phones with a large power pack. The manager's husband agreed to pick up a grocery item for me without expecting a tip. Later, he agreed to take my sister and myself to shop at the local grocery store, again, not expecting compensation. All staff were pleasant throughout our stay. "
