We loved that it had a fenced in parking area which made us feel safe and an ice maker in the freezer. The King bed could use a mattress topper, since it is very firm, but other than that, loved this place! "

"Loved this loft. It was very modern, well furnished, super clean, and incredibly convenient. We were there for a conference at the convention center and had a couple dinner appointments. We literally walked to all of them. The silos were only a couple blocks away and we walked there too (much easier than trying to park at the silos). If I had the same trip with the same needs, I'd rent this property 10 times out of 10 without hesitation."

"As mentioned by others previously the location gave us pause but we had zero issues. No one bothered us. It was very convenient and easy to get around to and from in Waco. Communication with owner was excellent and very quick. We only had minor issues requiring us to ask questions. Cleanliness overall was great, we only had a couple of concerns with linens that seemed to have been used but there were extra. We had everything we needed and it was spacious and quiet-except for the cats outside...

"Even though this place is in the country, it isn’t far from everything Baylor. It was nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time hanging out since we were gone all day, but the little coffee nook was nice (and it had seasonal coffees!) Also, the place was well equipped with any need I could think of. We would definitely stay here again. And it’s great that it is dog-friendly. "
