"The only problem i had was i prepaid online. They wanted to hold 110 on my card. We were not told about the hold. I understand it but i wasnt prepared due yo my check being deposited the next day. So they locked our room doors 1 hour after we arrived and had gone to get food. If i had not had a credit card we would have been in a bad situation. It should be told up front. I will look for a different place to stay next time. "

"Our family stays together in the Blue Ridge area every year the week between Christmas and the New Year. It's a little difficult to find a property to give us all the space needed. This home was perfectly laid out for all of us to hang out together and also separate when we needed a little space. The grounds are wonderful and we would love to come back again when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the lake. The property manager was very easy to contact and extremely attentive.
