Ski-in/out condo Holiday Valley

Beautifully updated condo w/ 1 private bedroom (queen), loft bedroom (twin, twin trundle, twin over full bunk) & 1 full bath. Updated galley kitchen, stainless appliances and granite countertops. Living Room includes large TV & wood fireplace. Parking, WiFi, cable and in-unit laundry included. Easy keyless entry. Condo building is between the SnowPine (day lift) and Sunrise lift (day & night lift) @ Holiday Valley. Shuttle to main lodge on the hour. Use lit trails to return at night.

The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley. This lift is a day lift and can be weather dependent. Its normal hours of operation are from the opening of the resort (8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays) to about 4pm during the ski season. If you are looking for some night skiing you can easily get to the Sunrise lift which is a day and night lift by walking to the end of the development and walking about 30 yards past the outdoor pull up bars about 30 yards to the tree line. You should be able to see blue lift through the trees. It's no more than 1 minute to SnowPine and a 5 minute walk to Sunrise. To get back to the condo you can take the Last Chance or Catwalk trails which are lit at night. It's recommended you look at a map of the resort to get familiar with these lifts and trails before you arrive.

Fall Getaway
Check in was easy and owner was accommodating to allow for early parking. The building smelled musty and our porch was filthy. We had to vacuum to even sit on the outdoor furniture, some cushions were still loaded with webs. The toilet was dirty and we had to buy toilet paper for our short stay. In addition, there was no warm water. We had to inquire, which luckily Josh was quick to respond and found a switch to be blown. The location was much further than anticipated.
