The Space:
The condo was recently renovated and has a private bedroom with a king bed and an open air loft bedroom with a twin over twin bunk & a full bed. The bathroom was remodeled in 2022 with a beautiful walk-in shower.

There's a galley kitchen with shaker cabinets, new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and a dining table for 5. The living room has a 55” Roku TV and gas fireplace. There’s a sliding door from the living to the covered patio which has a love seat and a 4-chair round table with chairs during the summer.

There's a dedicated workspace in the closet in the primary bedroom. The desk pulls down from the wall.

The condo has 2 portable A/C units to keep it cool in the summer. 1 in the primary bedroom and the other in the living room.

The condo is an ideal ski-in/out location during the winter. This condo has easy access to both the SnowPine and the Sunrise lifts at Holiday Valley. There are lit trails that take you back to the development at night.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.

Getting Around:
You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends. During the ski season there is a shuttle that will pickup in the parking lot and take you to the lodge at Holiday Valley.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs to walk down to the unit from the parking lot. There is a narrow spiral staircase to get to the open loft bedroom. The loft bedroom may not be appropriate for young children.

Interaction with Guests:
You will check yourself in and out. I am available via messaging. I try to respond as soon as possible, however, any message after 8pm may not be seen until the next morning.
