Nature Lovers Paradise =birds, stars, fish & trees

A bi-level space can host a group of 8-10. Nice comfy beds will have everyone resting peacefully and ready to enjoy the beauty of the area. athe house is located less than 5 miles from the village of Ellicottville and 10 minutes to the slopes. In the summer please enjoy the pond & creek. A short 60 min drive from Buffalo and 75 min from Niagara Falls. No wifi connection. We are using Airbnb COVID 19 booking and cleaning recommendations. Please ask if you have questions about this.

The space
My unique space comprises two separate Airbnbs (see our other listings) in a upper/lower apartment set up connected by an unheated breezeway. Each unit has its own kitchen and bathroom with 2 bedrooms, combining for 2 kitchens, 2 baths and 4 bedrooms. This is one of two buildings on the property. Currently the other building is not used for Airbnb and likely empty. On occasion the other building could be used by the owner. If this is a concern please speak with us about your needs before booking.
