"Karin truly goes above and beyond for her guests! Her house is SPOTLESS! It’s fully stocked and nice and cozy. We thought there were three bedrooms according to the listing but there are 2 bedrooms upstairs- one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with two twin beds. So we needed to use the pull out couch downstairs but it worked out just fine! This house is truly a 1900s home so you will hear creaks and squeaky doors- but also is so fun to see the horses right across the street! "

The home is an older home, but the owners have done a great job with the renovations. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids (20, 8, & 7). The girls loved the record player. We were on our honeymoon, just the two of us, and when we arrived we were greeted by the sweetest note, with wildflowers, and bubbly in the fridge! 🥰 Vanessa was very friendly and responsive via the VRBO app, totally flexible when our travel plans changed, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. "When I reserved my stay for 34 days (I explained this was not a vacation, I was doing an externship for school), I was told the” cottage” was booked for 3 of the 5 weeks, but an art studio was available to rent. I specifically asked to confirm there was a private bathroom, high speed WiFi, and air conditioning.
