"Upon arriving, the temperature inside the house was warm. Naturally we searched for the thermostat and tried to use the A/C, which to our dismay was not working with temps of 100+ outside. The issue was never resolved during our stay and the communication was horrible. The only thing we were told is that the maintenance worker was out of town and no offer to make it right. Plush dark olive towels, olive tiling in walk-in shower, kitchen exceptionally well appointed. The host resonds immediately if questions come up. I came back late at night and blue path lights lined the driveway to show me the way. I'm in my 70s and negotiated the steep steps to the lift/bed just fine. Very sturdy rails.
