"The house was great for our needs and was very clean. Walking to River St. was not an issue, we did it multiple times a day. Street parking was plentiful. A couple areas of improvement: the living room furniture is sparse and very uncomfortable. It has been mentioned multiple times, but continues to be the same. Also, we would have loved to use the backyard furniture, but it was quite dirty. Tree debris is understandable, but the cushions were dirty with algae."

"The house was perfectly located and allowed us to walk everywhere. The house itself was great for our group of 5, with the common area perfect for us to hang out and recharge. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Comfortable home for a long weekend away. Beds comfy. Lots of space in the main floor to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Back deck was a great space to have coffee in the morning and an evening drink at end of day. Will be back....."

" The property manager had another AC company come out the next day and they got the AC running but it broke again when a power outage occurred. So we spent a another night with no AC which was not fun, our kids slept downstairs because the AC was working downstairs but all the beds are upstairs so the rest of us slept upstairs. The property manager was very apologetic and did refund us for 2 nights. It definitely put a damper on our vacation but we still managed to have fun. I know things...

"We had an incredible time here. I grew up and lived in Savannah for 22 years but moved away, and my wife and I were looking for an easy place to stay downtown and bring our dog along. This place was more than enough for us, and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We walked everywhere from the front door, including getting down to River Street. Very dog friendly place with gates at the front and back of the property. Private garden courtyard was very nice to have as well. Would recommend...
