"I have stayed at this location a few times and was satisfied with it in the past. This time, we had a death in the family and I tried to call bluegreen to cancel and was on hold for over 30 minutes on two serrated calls with no luck on reaching someone. We ended up staying one night out of the three we booked. We were really looking forward to the pool, but found out it is permanently closed due to structural issues. "We had booked a villa and were given a 3rd floor apartment. We could see trash all over on the ground from the balcony. Hot water would work only if one bathroom is used. If both bathrooms were used, no one would get hot water. We had a toddler and climbing 3rd floor with a toddler and bags and food was a hassle.
