"Overall, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated this property during our four night stay in Portree. Perfect location to explore many areas on the Isle Of Skye. Very convenient to restaurants, cafes and shops in the center of town. Nice walks around Portree as well. Clean, quiet and comfortable. There are stairs to the apartment but we knew this ahead of time. The only reason we are not rating five stars is because we had trouble checking in. We were not familiar with the heating...

"Can’t say enough nice things about the apartment and the owners. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and getting around choices are abundant. There is a car hire service close by (our choice) but there is also local bus service as well as a taxi service that has tours. Plus Citibus has a stop there. As far as the owners, we lost our keys and after a quick call and a few pints at a local pub, they met us with a new key.That is first class. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else"

"The property was as advertised. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. Check in was easy and seamless. We did have an issue with the oven not working so it would have been useful to have some sort of manual for the property. Perhaps we just didn’t see it. Overall a great experience. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Armadale Castle, the view from the place was amazing. My husband and I went during their off season so they place was pretty much to ourselves, I personally loved how quite it was and how close the store was to the place.
