"When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

"Ross, the property manager, is very courteous and helpful. Property clean and well-appointed. Family group with 2 dogs. Took Uber rides into city to see museums and shows. Garage parking was nice. Very quiet neighborhood at night. Overall a nice, well-managed property that we highly recommend."

"Everything was as advertised. Neighbors with dogs barking in the night and car honking/other outside elements can be disruptive if you're a light sleeper. Very quick and fast communication with host even at 2am. Would recommend."

"The apartment needs a deep cleaning. It’s been awhile. Coffee mugs were filthy — took a huge amount of time/effort to clean them. Dishes and utensils were not clean - someone when through the steps putting them in the dw but they were dirty with dried-on food. Very thoughtful chargers and night background devices. Was noisy in the morning and night so great! Great location for groceries. Great coffee maker. So close to being great. "
