"Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und Umgebung war sehr schön. Wir haben die Natur und herrliche Atlantikluft sehr genossen. Es hat uns nur das kleine und sehr enge, offensichtlich noch nicht renovierte Bad, mit Sitzbadewanne als Dusche, in unserem "Wohlbefinden" beeinträchtigt. Allerdings war die Sicht auf den Hafen und den Atlantik einmalig schön. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt."

"We chose this as a mid spot to access San Sebatian and Bilbao which it was good for. Lots of space but there was no wifi which came as quite a surprise. You really need a car to get anything or go anywhere. The train is right there but very long rides. Lots of windows but had to have all the blinds shut for privacy. Kitchen was missing a few important things but host was quick to help."

"Ideal from our point of view: sparkling clean with all the equipment needed (except for tea mugs). The beds were comfortable and.the shower spacious and with a good water flow. Transmission of the Vuelta and.rugby world cup cut down on the time left to make the most of a well-stocked library. We met our host briefly at the beginning of the stay. He could not have been more charming and helpful."

"Die Wohnung war fast in Ordnung. Die Terassenmöbel sind sehr einfach, es gibt zu wenig Besteck und es ist auf der Terasse sehr laut - vom Swimmingpool, wir hatten eine Baustelle nebenan und gestern wurde von 18 bis 21 Uhr der Rasen gemäht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles aus den anderen Nachbarwohnungen."

"We spent a lovely four nights here. The condo was on an upper floor, with plenty of parking at the side of the building. We used supermarkets in Durango (5-10 min drive away) for groceries. It was easy to drive into Durango and take the train to Bilbao for the day too. The kitchen had the basic things you might need (small oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, washer, dishwasher, but no kettle?) and the shower was pleasingly powerful. "We loved the old school building renovated with an eye for detail and all modern comfort. The location is great, half an hour's walk from the beach. Lekeitio is a pleasant town. "This cottage is actually newly built, very clean, modern design and well-stocked. I found it to be a great location to visit many places in the Basque region ranging from coast to city to mountains. It was nice not to have to drive out and back in to a city every day. I would stay here again. "
