"We had a great visit! The house is very remote, no cell service, which was what I was looking for. The back deck is awesome. The house is surrounded by trees and the deck stayed cool all day so that is where we spend most of our time unwinding. We spent hours on the deck and saw just one mosquito during our three days stay. The hike to the beach was enjoyable. When we did go inside the AC kept the temperature quite comfortable. "A group of 7 long-time friends gathered for an extended weekend. We relaxed, cooked, laughed, and enjoyed our time. We sat in the back deck a lot and enjoyed the view. We did venture to the water everyday, and note that the house is on a bluff with stairs leading to the floating dock. This is in the listing and all of us 40+ year olds were able to navigate the stairs with no trouble but we did take lunch and supplies down to minimize the number of times someone had to go back up to the house....
