"Pros: excellent location, clean,working appliances, and overall favorable. The cons are few but with a little attention can be rectified: fix the back step that has been broken for a bit; spruce up the outside (the neighbors even noticed the lack of TLC); clarify the grill situation; have better amenities ie some coffee, adequate amount of trash bags, a working travel cooler and better beach chairs. I think this is a corporate owned home so there should be enough money and if privately held...

"We were delighted to find we could walk just a couple of blocks to cafes, shops and Beulah beach. The neighborhood is charming and quintessentially Michigan. The Cherry Hut restaurant is just a 2 min drive - The Best Cherry Pie! Downtown Frankfort is a 10 minute drive, beautiful sandy beach and you can walk the pier out to the lighthouse.
