"I found this hotel for a quick trip with friends to La Paz. The hotel is a fraction of the cost of some of the other hotels that are right on the beach even though this hotel is only 3 small streets away from the Malecon (about a 5-7 minute walk). I booked two separate rooms and when we arrived (around 930) the front desk was very welcoming and was able to let us check into our rooms since they were ready. The rooms were huge and had two very comfy queen beds. The rooms were extremely clean (clean floors, walls, and blankets smelled good) and were simple (small closet, dresser, and table). We had a balcony in both are rooms which were a nice touch). There was a good working AC unit and toiletries in the bathroom. The only con was the room did not have a fridge. The property has this cool open space in the middle with a large pool that was extremely clean and they cleaned every night. There’s a restaurant on property with good food and drinks. "

It was refreshing to find that the property here was well cared for by kind employees. We were impressed with how well the staff cleaned our room each day, it made our trip comfortable. "

"Location excellent--2 blocks down to Malecon. Lots of great dinner, breakfast and bar options within 10 minutes. Dinner at Casamarte gives wonderful of sunsets, people watching. Parking--tricky, but have to know the colour system for curbside paint, no parking in red, green, yellow or blue. White/no colour is OK. Got a spot by the hotel front door. Interior is spacious and like an art gallery under renovation. Room 5 also spacious, but needs blinds to keep lobby lights out of the room."
